Testimonials
“After coping with several serious and traumatic events occurring in my life over the last 6 years, I felt that I wasn't able to cope with anything and was unhappy, depressed and having regular suicidal thoughts. I was at the point that I wanted to admit myself to a psychiatric hospital because I didn't know what else to do. Then I met Jayden and learnt the philosophy that has made a huge impact on my life! Within the first session with Jayden I was already feeling optimistic about my future. Jayden shared his wisdom and friendship with me, I was immediately comfortable with him and thank him for his kindness and caring."
"Its great to feel happy and alive again and able to make plans for my future."

I thought I had an exclusive set of circumstances and was extremely sad and anxious about my life. I was literally crying my way up the driveway as I drove. I have completed the weekend seminar presented by Jayden and then sat through the week intensive on the Real Life Education Program.During the week a couple of personal events occurred, through contact with the outside world, which if I had not had the benefits of the knowledge of the program, I would be in a whole other world of stress, depression and anxiety.Since being exposed to the program put forth with the most amazing conviction and eloquence by both Jayden and Dave, the information has resonated with me, to the degree that I now sense a new purpose of possibly becoming a Stress-Ed facilitator.I am so happy that this journey has brought me to this new place of calm and understanding and given me the possible option for an exciting, reinvigorated direction in my life.
This experience has been truly life changing.
Many Thanks,

"I am happier and more centred than I have ever been before, and I believe that attending Jayden's life coaching seminar has played a huge part in my transformation. Before I met Jayden I was full of self doubt, regret and guilt... and had been dealing with the same issues for many years. With Jayden's help I have been able to forgive myself and other people - realising that we were all doing the best we could at the time, and this has enabled me to move forward with my life. I have turned my life around - I'm working a job that I really love, I'm going back to university, and I'm spending time with my friends and family... and I'm so grateful to Jayden for his part in this. Jayden is a passionate and gifted presenter, who made the information easily accessible to everyone in the seminar - regardless of our individual differences. Jayden has been an ongoing source of encouragement and advice, and is always available for a chat."
Thank you Jayden!

In 2009 I was in a real trouble. The GFC had taken away my identity. You see- I was a successful advertising producer making great money and working with some of Australia’s and the worlds biggest companies. All of a sudden I couldn’t get a job. I couldn’t provide for my young family. My sense of self worth plummeted. I started drinking more than i probably should. I was frustrated and angry at the direction my life was heading.
It was during this chapter in my life I met Jayden Raye. Jayden is a very experienced life coach with an amazing demeanour. Despite having had quite a few hard knocks himself Jayden has risen to be one of the most profound influencers in my life. I now have a deeper understanding of myself and others. My sense of self worth remains unchanged- sure there are highs and lows but at the end of the day this remains unchanged.
One of the key lessons Jayden passed onto me was that everyone is doing the best they can with what they have got at the time. Once you understand this you look at life with this lens you certainly have better insight into people's priorities and your own. Today I run a successful animation company and have beautiful family in Paddington NSW. But...hey, this could change and I know with the tools Jayden gave me that the journey will continue and I have the skills to make the most of it.
Spending some time with Jayden is an incredibly valuable exercise if you want to live a fuller life with more understanding.I can’t thank him enough for his help and look forward to catching up with him soon.
Yours Sincerely,
James Wallis (Sydney, NSW)
I first came to Jayden in a state of inner conflict with myself, battling severe depression and desperately seeking the answers I needed to help myself grow, evolve, learn and change. Through several counselling sessions with Jayden he offered coaching, advice, friendship, strength, a shoulder and a listening ear. Jayden is clear and to the point in his advice and listened to all my concerns and problems with sincerity that strikes a chord with the heart. Jayden found and treated the cause of my problems and helped me to understand and value my own personal worth. No tablet previously prescribed was ever going solve the problems. One year and a half on I find myself to be more confident, happy and content with who I am and my pathway in life, not to mention medication free! Jayden is real and rides the roller coaster with me, his support is honest and true and he takes genuine to a new level of trust. My heartfelt thanks to Jayden for changing my life and helping me beat depression.
Jayden has my sincerest gratitude, respect and loyalty and I thoroughly and happily recommend his counsel. He has a true gift.

For as long as I could remember I struggled to be happy, life felt like it was always against me. After being diagnosed with depression I tried everything from pharmaceutical medication to self medicating until I finally hit rock bottom. With Jayden's methods and coaching, he helped me realise that it was my beliefs and attitudes that caused me to feel depressed and not something wrong with me mentally or chemically like the doctors said.

Jayden I think my life is probably the best now that it has ever been. Weird things still go wrong but it doesn't matter. I have separated, moved, am living by myself for the first time in 20 years, may be forced to look for another job, still legal problems with my ex... 3 times more crap than before, but it is all ok! I still have so much going for me!
